![]() ![]() ![]() It turned out that someone in my Street (small rural country road) was using a faulty step down transformer (for a foreign electrical product I have to assume). It is actually possible to do a simple scan yourself using a portable MW radio but I had nothing of the sort so had to wait for the results. ![]() They eventually sent out a Rain van which scanned the local are for RF interference which can and does play havoc with Broadband. More calls than I care to remember to CS and I was finally given contact details of a dedicated team based in the UK for issues that weren’t being solved with the usual processes. Speeds of around 1-2 when we should get between 5 and 7. We had real issues with our BT Broadband when we first moved into this house.
